There are some hospitals and health care facilities that employ graduate nurses and give them sufficient time to pass their nursing board exams. Afterwards, salary increases can be expected.

If you want to be a registered nurse, then the best option would be to complete a bachelor’s degree in nursing and get licensed afterwards. The sure thing is that you have a lot of great opportunities waiting ahead and choosing a path in nursing in health care is a wise decision.
